💗 What are bio fibers / protein fibers?

Bio fibers or protein fibers are high-end synthetic extensions made from protein-enriched fibers (keratin or plant derivatives). They mimic the look, movement, and shine of natural hair, with a very soft feel.

🔥 Are your hair extensions heat resistant?

Some fibers can withstand gentle heat (up to 180°C) but we recommend limiting heat use as much as possible to preserve the fiber. If in doubt about a specific model, contact us before using a heating tool.

😴 Can I sleep with extensions?

Yes. It is recommended to:
• braid one or two large plaits, or a protective hairstyle
• sleep with a satin bonnet or scarf
• avoid sleeping with hair completely loose to limit tangles.

♻️ Are the hair extensions reusable?

Yes, if properly maintained: regularly detangled, stored in their packaging, and not exposed to excessive heat. With good care, you can reuse them several times depending on your routine.

🧴 How do I care for my bio fibers?

• Use a detangling spray or a light hair milk
• Detangle gently, starting from the ends
• Avoid overly oily or heavy products
• Store the hair extensions in their packaging away from dust.

🚿 Can the hair extensions be washed?

Yes, preferably with cold or lukewarm water, using a mild shampoo. Do not rub as with natural hair, but rather soak gently, then rinse and air dry.

🎨 How do I choose my color?

We indicate the color on each product page. If you are hesitating between two shades, do not hesitate to send us a photo of your hair (in natural light) on WhatsApp or Instagram for personalized advice.

📏 How do I choose my length?

The indicated length corresponds to the length of the hair extensions when they are fully stretched. Curls and waves visually give a slightly shorter length. A length guide will soon be available on the website.

📦 Do you deliver to French overseas departments and territories?

Yes, we deliver to Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, and Mayotte. Shipping is via Colissimo Outre-mer. For a precise rate, contact us before validating your order.

⏱ What are the delivery times?

• Metropolitan France: generally 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• French overseas departments and territories: approximately 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination
These times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers.

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can track the delivery of the package directly on the carrier's website (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.).

↩️ Can I return an item?

For hygiene reasons, hair products (extensions, weaves, wigs) cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
In case of an error on our part (wrong product received, item damaged upon receipt), contact us quickly with a photo so we can find a solution.
