These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Jamala Beauty Shop website.

Our products (bio/protein fiber extensions, weaves, and other beauty items) are described as accurately as possible. Slight color differences may exist depending on screens.

1.2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Jamala Beauty Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

1.3. Order

Validation of an order on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

1.4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are secured via our providers (credit card, Paypal, or other means offered on the site). Jamala Beauty Shop never has access to your banking details.

1.5. Delivery

📦 2. Shipping Policy

2.1. Delivery Zones

We deliver in Metropolitan France and the French Overseas Departments and Territories (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion). For other countries, please contact us beforehand.

2.2. Deadlines

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
  • French Overseas Departments and Territories: 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination

2.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated at the time of payment, depending on the order amount, weight, and destination.

2.4. Order Tracking

Each package is shipped with a tracking number. This number is communicated by email once the order has been dispatched.

2.5. Unreceived Package / Delivery Problem

In case of unusual delay or a package declared delivered but not received, please contact us quickly so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

3.1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

3.2. Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, extensions and hair products can only be returned if they have not been opened, worn, used, or removed from their original packaging.

3.3. Procedure

Before any return, please contact us at: contact@jamalabeautyshop.com stating your order number. We will explain the procedure to follow.

3.4. Return Costs

Unless there is an error on our part (damaged or non-compliant product), return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.5. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 7 to 14 working days via the same payment method used during the order.
